Over the last 30 years, Stuart has worked for blue chip clients at agencies across the country and around the world. Stuart founded DRZP in 2006, and along the way has earned the trust of C-Suite executives of companies ranging from Fortune 500 to technology start-ups. Prior to starting the agency, Stuart held leadership positions at some of the best agencies in the country, including Fallon Minneapolis. Stuart's experience spans a diverse range of product categories including technology, hotels, cars, financial services, airlines, and healthcare. He is equally comfortable in the B2B and B2C space. His numerous accolades include the Grand Prix at Cannes, an Emmy nomination, Gold Effies and five films in the permanent collection at the Museum of Modern Art. Outside of work, Stuart is an accomplished musician who has released four albums to critical acclaim. He lives in Los Angeles.

Jon Bond is one of the advertising and marketing industry's most recognized thought leaders and entrepreneurs. He has developed several significant companies and marketing concepts over his 30-year career. Jon was Co-founder and CEO of Kirshenbaum Bond and Partners, arguably the original “word of mouth” agency, and the first modern multi-disciplinary, integrated agency. From 2010 to 2012, Jon was CEO of Big Fuel (now part of Publicis), one of the world’s largest social media agencies. In addition, Jon co-founded and sold one of the first online media agencies (iballs) to Microsoft in 2000. At D’Rozario & Partners, Jon is responsible for Strategic and Marketing Innovation. Jon’s working relationship with Stuart goes back 20 years, and he has been part of D’Rozario & Partners in various different capacities over the past decade. Jon co-authored “Under the Radar,” a best-selling book about talking to today’s cynical consumer. He has lectured at Harvard Business School, Columbia, NYU, The University of Texas (Austin), and Washington University. Jon was voted number 4 in Adweek’s “Executive of the Decade” poll.

As a 20-year creative and digital agency veteran, Harper has crafted multi-channel commerce and marketing strategies for clients such as Samsung, AT&T, NBC, HBO, ConAgra and the Grateful Dead. Harper’s efforts have continued to branch into Corporate Social Responsibility and she is working with companies to inspire a culture of good and create purpose-driven socially-conscious strategies that drive civic engagement and positive impact for her clients and our world.

For the past decade, Rob has built and executed integrated marketing programs for brands like P&G, Google, Samsung and Mastercard, in both the US and internationally. He brings to the table a deep understanding of digital marketing, as well as an acute ability to understand the insights of what motivates end consumers - which has helped create campaigns that combine targeted media, thumb-stopping content and great storytelling to drive clients' businesses.

During his career Steve has held top management positions in agencies large and small, with one commonality–client growth. Steve has been CEO and President of FCB NY, COO of Grey Atlanta, EVP/Managing Partner of the darkGrey business unit at Grey, and ran his own agency, smiths. Steve’s brand experience includes BellSouth, Borden, The Coca-Cola Company, Gerber, Hershey, Hertz, IHOP, Kraft/Nabisco, Labatt’s, Lysol, Met Life, Motorola, Nokia, Radisson Hotel Group, Unisys and Verizon. Steve also is a member of the advisory boards of 4Digital Inc., an AI behavior analytics software company, and the Fordham University Alumni Association—where he received his BS and MBA—as well as serving as Trustee and Marketing Vice-Chair for St. John’s Riverside Hospital Group in Westchester, NY. Steve has been a part of D’Rozario & Partners since 2015, when he was a senior account lead on the Hertz Global business.

With over 20 years in advertising, Tamsin brings a unique and varied approach to strategy. She spent her first ten years in media, giving her a strong foundation in building insights from data and analytics, before making the shift to brand and creative strategy where she has worked with highly acclaimed and awarded agencies such as BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi, Deutsch LA and BBH. Originally from New Zealand, Tamsin has gained experience across a wide variety of clients and industries within both NZ and Australia, and more recently the U.S. The last few years have seen her work on significant brand and product transformation projects with the likes of Volkswagen, Sprint and T-Mobile, the latter focusing on their 5G roll out. Tamsin is now based in Los Angeles where she is focused on partnering with clients to unlock the best insights, the best ideas and of course, the best results.
Business Strategy Consultant
Russell’s background in marketing and technology is as deep as it is wide. In CEO and CMO roles, has led international branding and new product development initiatives for technology innovators including Dell, Adobe, Xero and Sift Science. He has also held numerous executive positions at an impressive roster of advertising agencies, including serving as President and CEO of JWT Worldwide (Diversified Agency Services). In addition to his expertise in strategic communications and global branding, Russell is renowned for driving advances in SaaS software, machine learning, AI, media and the Internet. He has a long history with DRZP, both as a client at Dell and as a consultant for the agency.
Digital Design Director
For the past 20 years, Natalia has been designing brand identities, websites and worked on digital campaigns for clients such as Volvo, Hertz, United Health Group, Target, United Airlines, Dell, Vertex, OutSystems and more. Her work has won numerous industry awards. Natalia’s designs are beautiful, intuitive, and intelligent. A Belarus native, she is a graduate of the prestigious Minsk Art Lyceum and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Graphic Design from the University of Minnesota.
Steve has an eye for great design and a simple philosophy: create and nurture smart, effective solutions that emotionally connect with an audience. He has been relentlessly pushing boundaries for over 30 years on many global and regional brands including Dell, Lands’ End, Hertz, United Airlines, Vertex, OutSystems and more. Steve’s work has been recognized by Clios, Cannes, Communication Arts, Graphis, D&AD, Mobile Marketing Global Awards, Archive, national ADDYs, the Art Directors Club of New York and the London International Festival. In addition, he has work in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York, as well as the Library of Congress.
With more than 25 years of experience as a copywriter, Dan has created smart and effective advertising for virtually every product category in existence. He’s been part of the DRZP family since the agency began, working on integrated branding initiatives for United Airlines, Dell, Hertz, OutSystems, Vertex and Wagner, to name a few.
Over the last 15 plus years, Rich has crafted impactful campaigns and content for a broad range of Fortune 500 companies and startups alike. BMW, United Airlines, Citibank, Porsche, Hertz and Walmart are just a few of the many brands for which he’s had the pleasure of creating boundary-pushing ideas. His work has been recognized by The One Show, Communication Arts, The Effie Awards, National Addy Awards, Webby Awards, AIGA and The Grand Global Awards. Outside of work, Rich loves spending time outdoors with his family and growing his vinyl collection.
Jennette has built her career producing content at the highest level – from commercials and digital campaigns to documentaries, web series, and short films – for companies like Apple, Ford, Samsung, ESPN, VICE, Snapchat and Jay Z. Prior to joining DRZP, she held leadership roles at production houses, as Executive Producer at Big Block and Little Minx (RSA). Jennette has deep experience in the world of AR/VR production, and a passion for emerging technologies and the role they can play in brand experiences. She is equally adept with budgets ranging from 10K to 10 Million and has a deep network of crew and vendors, including directors, cinematographers, production designers, editors, artists, designers, and production partners both domestically and internationally. Jennette is responsible for overseeing DRZP Productions, part of DRZP.
